These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Gecko Academy (“Gecko,” “we,” “us”), including our website, accounts, classes, and related learning tools. By creating an account or using Gecko, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

Parents or guardians are responsible for child learner accounts they create or manage, including appropriate supervision of platform use.

Educational services

Gecko provides educational services such as live English classes, learning materials, progress tools, and related support. Class availability, schedules, teachers, and formats may vary and can change over time.

Free first class and paid enrollment

Gecko may offer promotional or introductory options, such as a free first class or an introductory pricing period. Eligibility, limits, and details for any free or promotional offer are shown during signup or enrollment.

Paid subscriptions and enrollment require timely payment for the selected plan or service. Payment details, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Cancellation and refunds

Where subscriptions can be canceled, cancellation options are available through your account billing tools where offered. Refund and cancellation terms are shown at the time of purchase or enrollment.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Gecko. For example, you must not:

• Share accounts or allow unauthorized access
• Interfere with classes, other users, or platform security
• Copy or redistribute class links or learning materials beyond enrolled use
• Attempt to abuse promotions, payments, or communications features
• Use Gecko for unlawful or harmful purposes

Class links and learning materials are provided for enrolled users and authorized account holders only.

Service changes and account suspension

Gecko may update features, content, pricing presentation, schedules, and related services over time. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, security risk, or other serious violations of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gecko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to Gecko for the service during the twelve months before the claim, or a modest amount if you have not paid, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
