Delete Your Gecko Account and Data

How to request deletion
You can request deletion of your Gecko Academy account and related data by:
- Using the account deletion option in Settings when you are signed in, or
- Emailing support@geckoacademy.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and the email address associated with your account
What a deletion request may include
Depending on your account, a deletion request may cover:
- Account profile
- Phone number
- Class and enrollment information
- Learning progress
- Teacher feedback
- Authentication-linked profile data (including Google or Facebook sign-in details stored by Gecko)
What we may retain
Some records may be retained where required for payments and accounting, fraud prevention, or legal and compliance obligations.
